Ready to take your first step?   Contact me for a no obligation 30-minute Discovery Session where we can discuss your needs and goals and how Inner Alchemy programs can support you. If you choose to take the Inner Alchemy path, your journey will begin with a holistic assessment of your current foundational health and physiological stress load, well-being and lifestyle needs, as well  to determine the focus of your program. 

Assessment consists of a series of online questionnaires, which can be completed through my website, as well as an in-person postural assessment for individuals seeking help with muskuloskeletal issues, pain or injury.  Using the results of your assessments  I will design an individualized program focused on addressing the underlying cause of the dysfunction, health or weight issue to get you on your way to reaching your health and fitness goals.

Together, we will determine the path toward reaching your goals, as well as the number and frequency of sessions needed to keep you on track and update your program as needed.   Most importantly, it is about addressing your individual needs and tailoring a plan to suit you.  

Health & Weight Alchemy Coaching and MELT Method individualized sessions can be purchased a la carte or in a package of sessions.
